I bought my wedding dress from Blackburn Bridal around a year and a half ago, and we’ve just had our wedding - I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience!

From the very first appointment with my mum, Russell and Carly were absolutely amazing. It was just the two of us in the whole shop with them, and they made the whole experience so personal and relaxed. They really took their time with us, offered great advice, and made me feel so comfortable and special throughout. They have so many beautiful dresses but I ended up going my dream gown from Anna Kara.

When I came back to collect my dress, I brought two friends along, and again the service was just perfect - we even got bubbles both times, which made it feel even more celebratory.

I also need to say that the boutique is beautiful and it's so nice to escape busy London to go to Blackheath.

The whole experience from start to finish was truly wonderful, and I can’t thank Russell and Carly enough for helping me find the perfect dress and making it such a memorable part of the wedding journey. Thank you again! <3

Her energy was so positive and uplifting, and she went above and beyond to help me. Carly had already selected some of the dresses I mentioned in my online booking and had them ready for me to try on, and had taken an interest in my style before I even got to the boutique. She even offered us some Prosecco, making the experience feel extra special!

I visited close to ten bridal boutiques in my search for "the dress" but none of them came even close to eclipsing the warmth, support, quality, and professionalism of Blackburn Bridal.

I had actually found my dress at another boutique but was so bowled over awesomeness of Russell and his team that I immediately bought it from Blackburn Bridal. I'm so glad I did. It made what is often relayed as a stressful experience, dreamy and magical.

Not only was it an absolute joy to spend time in the boutique and in the company of Russell and his team (who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable both literally and metaphorically, as well as making you look like a bona fide princess), but the recommendations Russell gave in terms of alterations, underwear, and accessories were priceless. This close-knit team really cares, and it shows.

As an added benefit, Blackheath Village is so delightful that it makes it worth it if you're not based on the doorstep like I was and the journey takes a little longer.
